We use the information provided about you or your company to provide service(s) and product(s) that you request. We do not share or sell your information with outside parties except when needed to complete your request for service(s) and product(s).

HairPackaging.com has put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to secure the information we collect, to prevent unauthorized access and to maintain data accuracy. All credit card transactions are performed only on secure servers through an encrypted connection.

Prices indicated on this website are valid as of December 1, 2014 and are subject to change.
With our experience in the industry we have always pleased our clients with our design work and plus the quality of our printed items. We do not issue refunds for custom design and printing but do provide electronic proofs for you to approve before printing. If you would like us to reprint your custom items due to a misprint please let us know. We will exchange or issue store credit for fabric bags. For fabric bags please request a RMA form which is to be included with returns. Returns should be shipped within 5 days of RMA approval. Returned fabric bags should be in the same packaging and condition as they were shipped in. Open and/or used bags will not be accepted. Shipping and restocking fees may be applicable.
Getting the products to you quickly is important. However, we would like you to love your products and be pleased with the quality. Sometimes during the printing process mistakes may be made. Rarely, a reprint is required which may cause delays. Should you require a delivery by a particular date, please let us know before placing your order so we can prepare. Short turnaround times and tight deadlines may not always be possible and rush fees may be required. Our default shipping provider is UPS. Delivery times and fees vary by weight, size and distance. Sometimes shipments may be delayed due to factors beyond our control such as weather.
When submitting electronic files, please ensure you obtain the appropriate legal rights to the document. You may arrange to have rights for graphics designed by us transferred to you upon final payment. We do not print items that we have not designed. The only exception to this policy may be a logo from a third party designer which we incorporate into our designs. The 3rd party designers logo may be usable depending on the format it is available in. For many of our design and printed items we require a CMYK logo at 300 dpi as a layered PDF, AI, EPS or PSD. Web format RGB files from the internet such as JPG or PNG logos often will not work.
